Key Responsibilities:

1. Infrastructure Management:
   • Deploy, configure, and maintain servers, storage devices, and networking equipment to support organizational needs.
   • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimize efficiency and reliability.
   • Conduct routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates, backups, and security patches, to uphold system integrity.
2. Network Administration:
   • Manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs, to facilitate seamless connectivity.
   • Configure and maintain network services such as DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory to support user access and authentication.
   • Implement security protocols and measures to protect against unauthorized access, malware, and other threats.
3. User Support and Training:
   • Provide technical assistance and support to users experiencing hardware, software, or network-related issues.
   • Offer guidance and training to users on IT tools, systems, and best practices to enhance productivity and efficiency.
4. System Monitoring and Troubleshooting:
   • Monitor system logs, alerts, and performance metrics to identify and address potential issues proactively.

5. Documentation and Compliance:

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Background: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. However, equivalent experience and certifications will also be considered.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux), networking protocols, virtualization technologies, and IT infrastructure components.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions promptly.
