Job Description:

As a Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Surveillance: Monitor premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, unauthorized entry, or suspicious activity. Remain vigilant at all times and report any unusual occurrences promptly.
2. Access Control: Control access to the premises by ensuring that only authorized individuals enter the facility. Verify identification and credentials of visitors and staff members.
3. Patrol: Conduct regular patrols of the premises to check for any security breaches, fire hazards, or safety risks. Remain visible and alert to deter potential threats.
4. Emergency Response: Act swiftly and decisively in case of emergencies such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches. Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of all occupants.
5. Customer Service: Provide assistance and guidance to visitors and employees as needed. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
6. Report Writing: Document any incidents, observations, or security-related issues in detailed written reports. Maintain accurate records for future reference and analysis.
7. Collaboration: Coordinate with other security personnel, law enforcement agencies, and emergency services as necessary. Work as part of a team to effectively address security concerns and maintain order.

Qualifications:

• Age: Candidates must be between 18 and 60 years old.
• Gender: Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Experience: Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is advantageous but not essential. Freshers are welcome to apply and will receive comprehensive training.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, as well as lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English or Hindi. Additional languages are a plus.
