Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and tune virtual infrastructure across cloud and local systems to ensure consistency and uptime.
• Manage virtualization platforms like VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, and scalable services on Azure or AWS.
• Develop tailored recovery frameworks and safeguard data using enterprise-grade backup technologies.
• Isolate and resolve complex virtual system incidents to ensure rapid recovery and minimal disruption.
• Produce clear technical handbooks and workflows to guide both peers and support teams.
• Partner with cybersecurity teams to secure remote access layers and virtual endpoints.
• Facilitate seamless remote access by supporting VDI tools and provisioning users across distributed teams.
• Act as a point of technical escalation while guiding junior system admins and fostering internal growth.
