Key Responsibilities: Driving Insights That Empower Design

Core Research Activities

  • Conduct generative and evaluative research to inform product strategy, using mixed methods such as user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and diary studies.
  • Translate research findings into actionable insights, wireframe feedback, and product improvements that enhance the online shopping journey.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with designers, product managers, content strategists, and developers to embed user feedback into iterative design cycles.
  • Develop personas, customer journey maps, and experience reports that tell compelling user stories.
  • Prioritize research initiatives aligned with product roadmaps, carefully aligning strategic objectives with user expectations.
