About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive website audits to identify and fix technical SEO issues.
• Optimize site architecture, meta tags, internal linking, and URL structure
• Research and implement effective on-page strategies using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console
• Develop and manage content optimization plans aligned with user intent and search trends
• Analyze website performance metrics and use insights to drive continual improvements
• Work closely with cross-functional teams—including designers, developers, and writers—to guarantee SEO best practices are integrated across all web updates
• Monitor algorithm updates and adjust strategies to maintain rankings and organic reach
• Create periodic performance reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders

Your ability to adapt to new SEO technologies and search engine updates will be key to staying ahead of industry trends.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of professional experience in technical and on-page SEO
• Proven success in driving measurable improvements in organic traffic and site performance
• Strong knowledge of Core Web Vitals and mobile-first optimization
• Hands-on experience with content structuring and schema implementation
• Familiarity with international SEO, crawl budget optimization, and JavaScript SEO
• Strong analytical thinking and a talent for turning intricate data into clear strategies
• Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
