What You’ll Be Doing

Visual Communication & Brand Language

• Develop original illustrations that articulate the essence of physical and digital products.
• Define and evolve visual consistency across product touchpoints using storytelling frameworks.
• Collaborate with UX, marketing, and product teams to shape the illustration tone and direction.

Cross-Functional Creativity

• Interpret creative briefs and translate abstract ideas into intuitive, user-friendly visuals.
• Partner with product designers to create iconography, diagrams, and engaging visual flows.
• Produce assets for mobile, web, packaging, and presentation use with brand alignment.

Strategic Design Integration

• Influence design systems by contributing to visual design libraries and asset repositories.
• Participate in design reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to facilitate ongoing growth.
• Stay updated with trends in product design, visual identity, and creative tooling.

Tools & Platforms You’ll Master

Your toolkit will reflect your creativity. While we welcome diversity in tools, most of our illustrators regularly use:

• Figma for collaborative sketching and interface visuals
• Procreate and Adobe Illustrator for detailed asset creation
• Notion and Miro for concept mapping and communication
• Slack and Zoom for staying creatively aligned across continents

Experience and Skills

• 3+ years of illustration experience in product design, branding, or creative tech settings
• Demonstrated ability to think narratively—each visual should serve a user story or product goal
• Comfortably creating in different styles while adhering to a cohesive visual identity
• Portfolio showcasing work that blends creativity, clarity, and technical excellence
