Key Responsibilities
Strategic Merchandise Planning
- Develop and maintain merchandise plans that balance product assortment, inventory levels, and financial goals across all NFL online and retail platforms.

Inventory and Performance Optimization
- Monitor stock-to-sales ratios and recommend strategic replenishment or markdown plans to maintain profitability.
- Analyze sell-through data, identify slow-moving inventory, and adjust plans in real-time for dynamic inventory control.
- Collaborate with licensing and brand management to align merchandising strategies with NFL team calendars, seasonal events, and key marketing moments.
- Use historical data and current trends to inform pre-season, in-season, and post-season inventory strategies.
- Optimize planning for multi-channel distribution, including team shops, direct-to-consumer platforms, and mobile commerce.

Required Qualifications
