What You’ll Be Doing
Overseeing Daily eCommerce Operations
- Coordinate all core functions, including inventory tracking, order fulfillment, product listings, and logistics management.
- Develop and maintain systems that streamline customer journey workflows and improve delivery timelines.
- Monitor shipping compliance, payment processing accuracy, and product data integrity across all digital storefronts.
Enhancing Team Productivity
- Lead a distributed operations team with clarity, compassion, and inclusion.
- Organize workflows and task management to promote ownership and accountability across teams.
- Conduct regular check-ins to support team morale, track progress, and facilitate solution-oriented dialogue.
Performance and Process Optimization
- Analyze KPIs related to fulfillment, return rates, conversion, and supply chain accuracy.
- Implement insights from data-driven operations dashboards and business intelligence reports.
- Introduce improvements in warehousing systems, dropshipping timelines, and customer return handling.
Vendor and Partner Coordination
- Collaborate with external vendors, 3PLs, and international suppliers to maintain smooth supply and order flow.
- Negotiate service agreements and ensure compliance with shipping standards and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Align vendor activities with promotional campaigns, peak seasons, and inventory cycles.
Customer Experience Support
- Coordinate with customer support teams to handle escalations, delivery inquiries, or post-purchase issues.
- Assist in shaping policies that enhance satisfaction, such as return policies, delivery estimates, and packaging standards.
- Bridge operational logistics with front-end support to ensure consistent service.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Required Experience and Skills
- Minimum 3+ years in eCommerce operations, retail logistics, or online fulfillment coordination.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities, especially within a remote and multicultural setting.

- Familiarity with remote work tools such as Slack, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
