Key Responsibilities

Analyzing eCommerce Performance

Utilize tools like Power BI and Shopify Analytics to spot patterns and highlight areas for enhancement. Identify what’s working across channels and what could be enhanced—then collaborate with product and marketing teams to implement impactful changes.

Interpreting Customer Behavior

Discover how users navigate our platform through click-paths, funnel drop-offs, and session durations. Your work will shed light on what customers truly need and help craft more empathetic, streamlined digital journeys.

Evaluating Marketing Campaigns

Partner with digital marketers to assess campaign efficiency across paid search, email, and social. Recommend real-time optimizations and testing frameworks that improve reach and return on ad spend.

Fostering Team Alignment

Support cross-functional decision-making by translating data into stories that stakeholders can act on. Whether building an executive dashboard or meeting with UX teams, you’ll help teams move forward with clarity and confidence.

Tools and Technology

Qualifications
