Position Overview
We’re looking for an experienced and driven Remote Azure DevOps Engineer to join our technology-forward infrastructure team. This position involves designing and deploying robust cloud-native pipelines while supporting modern software delivery across enterprise platforms. Key Responsibilities
CI/CD Pipeline Management
- Design, deploy, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure Pipelines.
- Optimize automation for build, test, and release workflows.
- Monitor deployment metrics to ensure rapid and error-free code integration.
Infrastructure as Code
- Build scalable infrastructure using Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates or Bicep.
- Maintain environment consistency using Terraform or similar Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
- Enforce configuration policies across development, staging, and production environments.
Cloud Operations and Monitoring
- Implement Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics for proactive alerting.
- Improve system health by resolving infrastructure bottlenecks and tuning performance.
- Participate in system audits and security compliance initiatives.
Team Collaboration and Workflow Optimization
- Work with development and QA teams to streamline DevSecOps practices.
- Promote Agile sprint integration through iterative automation releases.
- Mentor junior engineers in remote team settings and DevOps best practices.

Required Qualifications
Technical Expertise
- 4+ years of experience working as a DevOps Engineer or Cloud Engineer in a remote environment
- Proven success in Azure-based infrastructure design, deployment, and automation
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipeline architecture, and secure deployments
Certifications and Education
- Azure Administrator Associate or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert certification preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

- Strong documentation habits and a track record of process optimization
