Remote Azure DevOps Engineer

Position Overview

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Remote Azure DevOps Engineer to join our technology-forward infrastructure team. Key Responsibilities

CI/CD Pipeline Management

• Design, deploy, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure Pipelines.
• Optimize automation for build, test, and release workflows.
• Monitor deployment metrics to ensure rapid and error-free code integration.

Infrastructure as Code

• Build scalable infrastructure using Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates or Bicep.
• Maintain environment consistency using Terraform or similar Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Enforce configuration policies across development, staging, and production environments.

Cloud Operations and Monitoring

• Implement Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics for proactive alerting.
• Improve system health by resolving infrastructure bottlenecks and tuning performance.
• Participate in system audits and security compliance initiatives.

Team Collaboration and Workflow Optimization

• Work with development and QA teams to streamline DevSecOps practices.
• Promote Agile sprint integration through iterative automation releases.
• Mentor junior engineers in remote team settings and DevOps best practices.

Required Qualifications

Technical Expertise

• 4+ years of experience working as a DevOps Engineer or Cloud Engineer in a remote environment
• Proven success in Azure-based infrastructure design, deployment, and automation
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipeline architecture, and secure deployments

Certifications and Education

• Azure Administrator Associate or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert certification preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
