We are seeking a dynamic and skilled individual to join our team as a Purchase Manager in Bangalore. Key Responsibilities:

  6. Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and protecting the company's interests.
  7. Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the supply chain, develop risk mitigation strategies, and implement measures to minimize disruptions to procurement operations.
  8. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and optimize resource utilization.
  9. Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the procurement team, set performance objectives, and foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
  10. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies governing procurement activities, including ethical sourcing practices and sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain effective relationships with vendors.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
