Key Responsibilities:
- Procurement Strategy Development: Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the company's objectives to optimize purchasing processes and achieve cost savings.
- Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and monitor vendor performance to ensure timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining quality standards.

- Budget Management: Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage procurement budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
- Sourcing and Supplier Evaluation: Identify potential suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, conduct supplier audits, and select the best suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery terms.
- Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and protecting the company's interests.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the supply chain, develop risk mitigation strategies, and implement measures to minimize disruptions to procurement operations.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and optimize resource utilization.
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the procurement team, set performance objectives, and foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies governing procurement activities, including ethical sourcing practices and sustainability initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain effective relationships with vendors.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
