Job Description:

As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel's operations, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for guests and employees alike. Your primary duties will include:

1. Leadership and Team Management:

   • Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment, addressing any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
4. Financial Management:
   • Develop and manage the hotel budget, forecasting revenue and expenses, and optimizing financial performance.
   • Monitor financial reports and key performance indicators, identifying areas for cost savings and revenue growth opportunities.
   • Implement revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy rates, room revenue, and overall profitability.
5. Marketing and Sales:
   • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns and strategies to attract new guests and drive revenue.
   • Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other partners to generate sales leads and increase bookings.
   • Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics, adapting marketing and sales strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
6. Compliance and Safety:
   • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to hotel operations, safety, and sanitation.
   • Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to protect guests and staff members, especially in light of current public health concerns.
   • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to licensing, permits, inspections, and certifications.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in hotel management or a related field, with a strong track record of leadership and operational excellence.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed business decisions.
