5. Performance Monitoring: Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to track the company's performance against established goals and benchmarks.
6. Reporting: Generating regular financial reports and presentations for management, stakeholders, and external parties, providing insights and recommendations based on analysis.
7. Advisory Services: Providing financial advisory services to various departments within the organization, offering insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance.
8. Market Research: Conducting market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for growth and expansion.
9. Compliance and Regulation: Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards, and staying updated on changes in regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw meaningful insights.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, Tableau).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey financial information to diverse audiences.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in financial analysis or related fields is preferred but not required for freshers.
