Job Description:

As a Fashion Designer with us, you will be responsible for translating creative concepts into stunning, marketable designs that resonate with our target audience. Your role will involve:

1. Conceptualization: Brainstorming and conceptualizing design ideas that align with current fashion trends, brand identity, and customer preferences.
2. Research: Conducting market research to stay updated on emerging trends, materials, and techniques, and incorporating relevant insights into design concepts.

4. Fabric Selection: Collaborating with suppliers to source high-quality fabrics and materials that meet design requirements and budget constraints.

6. Pattern Making: Developing patterns and templates for garments, ensuring proper fit, comfort, and aesthetic appeal.
7. Collaboration: Working closely with the production team, including pattern makers, seamstresses, and tailors, to bring designs to fruition promptly.
8. Quality Control: Conducting thorough inspections of finished products to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards before they are released for sale.

Requirements:
