6. Documentation: Maintain accurate and confidential records of client sessions, assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
7. Advocacy: Advocate for clients' rights and needs within the organization and the community, ensuring they receive the support and resources necessary to thrive.
8. Continuing Education: Stay updated on the latest research, best practices, and trends in counseling and mental health by attending workshops, seminars, and training sessions.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Certification: Possession of relevant counseling certifications or licenses (if applicable) is preferred.
• Experience: While experience is preferred, we welcome applications from both fresher and experienced candidates.
