About the Role: As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic decision-making processes by analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing valuable insights to stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, define requirements, and develop solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analyses of business processes, systems, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical requirements for implementation.
• Utilize various analytical techniques and tools to extract, manipulate, and interpret data from disparate sources.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights and facilitate decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish metrics to measure success.
• Assist in the development and execution of strategic initiatives, including market research, competitive analysis, and feasibility studies.
• Identify emerging trends and opportunities within the industry to inform strategic planning and business development efforts.
• Support the implementation of new processes, systems, and technologies by providing subject matter expertise and guidance.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. (MBA or equivalent preferred for experienced candidates)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large volumes of data.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, or Tableau.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for identifying patterns, trends, and discrepancies within data.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Prior experience in business analysis, consulting, or related fields is a plus but not required for fresher candidates.
