Job Description:
As an Architect in our team, you will play a pivotal role in the conceptualization, design, and execution of architectural projects across Delhi. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conceptualization and Design: Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements, and translating them into innovative and functional architectural designs. Utilizing your creativity and technical expertise to develop concepts that align with the client's vision and project objectives.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiently utilizing architectural software and tools to create detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models. Ensuring adherence to building codes, regulations, and industry standards throughout the design process.
- Project Management: Overseeing the implementation of architectural plans from inception to completion. Coordinating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of projects.
- Client Interaction: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through effective communication, responsiveness, and transparency. Addressing client feedback and concerns to ensure satisfaction and project success.
- Innovation and Sustainability: Staying abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in architecture and design. Integrating principles of sustainability and environmental stewardship into project designs to promote a greener and more resilient built environment.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Experience: While experience is preferred, we welcome both fresher and experienced candidates to apply. Fresher candidates should demonstrate a strong portfolio of academic projects and internships, while experienced candidates should showcase a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Skills: Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong design sensibility, spatial awareness, and attention to detail. Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills.
