Key Responsibilities

Cloud Infrastructure Management

• Oversee, manage, and maintain scalable multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
• Utilize infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Pulumi to ensure consistency and reliability in deployment.
• Configure auto-scaling, load balancing, and failover mechanisms to maintain 99.99% system uptime.

Monitoring and Incident Response

• Implement and refine system monitoring and alerting using tools like Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, and New Relic.
• Conduct real-time system diagnostics, root cause analyses, and lead resolution of critical incidents.
• Optimize alert thresholds and triage processes to reduce false positives and accelerate incident resolution.

Automation and Optimization

• Develop automation scripts using Python, Bash, or PowerShell for routine operational tasks.
