- Establish CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI for seamless deployments.
Performance and Monitoring
- Implement robust observability practices using Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog.
- Optimize system performance by analyzing metrics, logs, and incident trends.
- Ensure high availability and fault tolerance through a scalable architecture.
Security and Compliance
- Maintain a secure infrastructure with automated patch management and identity policies.
- Apply DevSecOps practices to embed security into each step of the software delivery pipeline.
- Collaborate with InfoSec teams to enforce compliance with industry standards.
Collaboration and Support
- Partner with engineering, product, and QA teams to align infrastructure goals with business needs.
- Offer Level 2/3 operational support and handle postmortems to drive incident learning.
- Contribute to internal documentation and runbooks for operational consistency.
