Key Responsibilities

Personalized Merchant Onboarding

  • Engage with new eCommerce merchants to understand their unique goals.
  • Customize onboarding strategies to suit business models ranging from DTC startups to enterprise-level sellers.
  • Provide expert walk-throughs on system setup, product listings, order management, and reporting features.

Supportive Communication & Follow-ups

  • Serve as a reliable point of contact during the early stages of adoption.
  • Schedule check-ins, provide knowledge resources, and document progress.
  • Use screen-sharing and chat tools to assist in real time with empathy and clarity.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with product teams to relay merchant feedback for future platform enhancements.

  • Track and report key metrics, such as onboarding completion rates, merchant satisfaction scores, and platform engagement.
