Key Responsibilities

Core Duties

  • Develop, manage, and optimize product content in our PIM system to ensure data quality, consistency, and completeness.
  • Define and implement best practices for product taxonomy, attributes, and metadata that align with business goals.
  • Collaborate with eCommerce teams, digital marketers, and product developers to coordinate the accurate and timely release of product data.
  • Create streamlined processes for onboarding new products and SKUs using automation and scalable workflows.
  • Conduct regular audits of product listings to ensure alignment across all digital platforms.

Performance Monitoring

  • Leverage analytics tools to monitor product data performance and suggest improvements based on consumer behavior and internal KPIs.
  • Act as the product information gatekeeper across cross-functional teams, ensuring clear documentation, version control, and governance.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a product information management role or related digital content function

Technical & Collaborative Skills

  • Strong understanding of digital merchandising and how structured product data influences sales performance
  • Experience working with PIM systems and a clear grasp of taxonomy, hierarchy, and data governance
  • Comfort collaborating across marketing, development, and merchandising teams.

Communication & Analytical Strength

  • Strong interpersonal communication abilities and the capacity to present technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
  • Skilled in analyzing complex datasets to derive useful business insights and recommendations
  • Proven track record of working autonomously in a distributed team environment

Salary & Benefits

This full-time remote position offers a competitive annual salary of $104,233 along with performance-based incentives.
