Key Responsibilities
Instructional Design and Content Development
- Construct engaging course frameworks and digital modules that meet measurable learning goals.
- Apply backwards design methods to connect instruction with real-world applications.
- Develop dynamic instructional materials including assignments, assessments, guides, and visuals.
- Integrate active learning strategies and multimedia tools that promote learner engagement.
- Ensure cultural sensitivity and inclusion throughout the content design process.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
- Coordinate with educators, strategists, and experts to inform design decisions.
- Drive innovation through collaborative workshops and brainstorming sessions.
- Refine course materials using feedback from learners, faculty, and performance data.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and design templates that promote consistency.
- Represent instructional design in cross-departmental initiatives and strategic planning.
Quality Assurance and Optimization
- Implement evidence-based design models like Bloom’s Taxonomy or the ADDIE framework.
- Conduct prototype testing and ongoing refinements to ensure instructional effectiveness.
- Maintain consistency with academic standards and industry-specific regulations.
- Monitor learner performance data and continually update content to ensure relevance.
- Stay informed of trends in edtech, learning science, and instructional innovations.

Education and Experience

- Demonstrated understanding of adult learning theory, inclusive teaching practices, and UDL.
- Experience designing competency-based or skills-driven programs is a strong plus.

Compensation and Benefits
