Key Responsibilities

Instructional Design and Content Development

• Construct engaging course frameworks and digital modules that meet measurable learning goals.
• Apply backwards design methods to connect instruction with real-world applications.
• Develop dynamic instructional materials including assignments, assessments, guides, and visuals.
• Integrate active learning strategies and multimedia tools that promote learner engagement.
• Ensure cultural sensitivity and inclusion throughout the content design process.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

• Coordinate with educators, strategists, and experts to inform design decisions.
• Drive innovation through collaborative workshops and brainstorming sessions.
• Refine course materials using feedback from learners, faculty, and performance data.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and design templates that promote consistency.
• Represent instructional design in cross-departmental initiatives and strategic planning.

Quality Assurance and Optimization

• Implement evidence-based design models like Bloom’s Taxonomy or the ADDIE framework.
• Conduct prototype testing and ongoing refinements to ensure instructional effectiveness.

• Monitor learner performance data and continually update content to ensure relevance.

Education and Experience

Compensation and Benefits
