4. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of experimental procedures, results, and observations by Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) guidelines. Prepare technical reports, protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) as required.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including scientists, engineers, and production personnel to achieve project goals and objectives. Communicate effectively and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams.
6. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. Stay informed about regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to chemical handling and laboratory safety.
7. Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of the latest developments in the field of chemistry through self-study, attending conferences, and participating in professional development activities. Share knowledge and insights with colleagues to foster a culture of learning and innovation.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry or a related field from a recognized institution. Advanced degrees (e.g., MSc, PhD) are desirable for senior positions.
• Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply, while experienced candidates should have relevant experience in a chemical laboratory or industrial setting. Prior experience with analytical techniques and instrumentation is preferred.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software for data analysis is advantageous.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required. The ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences is highly valued.
