Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Clinical Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health, emotional well-being, and behavioral patterns to formulate accurate diagnoses. Utilize a range of psychological tests and evaluation techniques to gather relevant information.
2. Therapeutic Interventions: Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychotherapy, and counseling, to facilitate positive outcomes.
3. Crisis Intervention: Provide timely intervention and support to individuals experiencing crises, such as suicidal ideation, trauma, or acute mental health episodes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the safety and well-being of clients in crises.
4. Psychoeducation: Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, coping strategies, and self-care techniques. Empower individuals to actively participate in their recovery journey and foster resilience.

Qualifications:

• Education: Master's or doctoral degree in psychology from a recognized institution. Valid licensure or certification to practice as a psychologist in Delhi is required.
• Experience: While experienced psychologists with a proven track record of clinical expertise are preferred, we also welcome applications from fresh graduates with a strong academic background and a passion for mental health advocacy.
