About the Role:

As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for orchestrating every aspect of a couple's special day, from the initial consultation to the final send-off. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their preferences, budget, and vision for their wedding day. Provide expert advice and guidance to help them make informed decisions.
  2. Venue Selection: Scout potential venues and negotiate contracts on behalf of clients. Ensure that chosen venues align with the client's vision and budget while accommodating the desired guest count.
  3. Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with vendors such as caterers, florists, photographers, and musicians to secure services for the wedding day. Coordinate timelines, contracts, and logistics to ensure seamless execution.
  4. Event Design: Assist clients in conceptualizing the overall look and feel of their wedding, including themes, color schemes, and decor elements. Create mood boards, floor plans, and design proposals to bring their vision to life.
  5. Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for each wedding project, ensuring that expenses stay within the client's financial constraints. Negotiate pricing with vendors to maximize value without compromising quality.
  6. Logistics Planning: Oversee all logistical aspects of the wedding, including transportation, accommodations, and guest management. Coordinate with vendors and venue staff to execute the event according to the established timeline.
  7. On-site Coordination: Be present on the day of the wedding to oversee setup, manage vendors, and address any last-minute issues that may arise. Ensure that the event runs smoothly from start to finish, allowing clients to relax and enjoy their special day.
