Key Responsibilities
Bringing Interfaces to Life
- Develop visually cohesive illustrations that enhance both form and function within product designs.
- Support UX teams by adding emotional depth to interactions using original visual elements.
- Translate strategic user flows into intuitive visual narratives for various screen sizes.
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work side-by-side with researchers, engineers, and designers to iterate and refine concepts.
- Respond to user research findings with illustrative solutions that improve usability.
- Offer design critiques and contribute to creating an inclusive feedback culture.
Designing for Experience
- Produce illustrations for onboarding experiences, modals, notifications, and key user journey touchpoints.
- Ensure illustrations align with accessibility standards and responsive design needs.
- Adapt your visual approach based on feedback, the product context, and the end-user's goals.

Tools & Technologies

- Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop: For high-fidelity visual asset creation

- GitHub or Abstract: To keep version control clean and collaborative
What We’re Looking For
Skills & Experience
- At least two years of hands-on involvement in digital product design or illustration
- Strong portfolio featuring UX/UI illustrations and interface-enhancing artwork
- Solid understanding of responsive design and inclusive accessibility practices
- Experience working within and evolving existing design systems
- Comfort creating assets across web and mobile platforms
- Ability to shift between high-level concepting and detail-oriented execution

Compensation and Benefits
