Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Product Design
- Convert ideas into interactive wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Develop consistent, responsive, and user-friendly UI components
- Ensure accessibility and clarity are built into every screen and flow
Research and User Insight
- Gather both observational and statistical feedback to uncover user behavior.
- Test design concepts with target audiences and adapt based on usability results
- Translate insights into actionable improvements that meet user and business needs.
Collaboration and Planning
- Partner with engineers, product leads, and project stakeholders to shape design outcomes
- Take part in agile ceremonies and contribute to prioritization discussions
- Articulate your design vision clearly during reviews and team syncs
Design System Maintenance
- Expand a shared design language to improve consistency across products
- Create reusable assets, patterns, and documentation that scale with the product
- Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and design accessibility standards
Tools and Technology
You’ll work with a modern, remote-friendly tool stack that supports collaborative design:
- Figma for prototyping and interface design
- Miro for mapping ideas, flows, and collaborative thinking
- Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for visuals and iconography
- Maze, Hotjar, or Lookback for user feedback and testing
