Key Responsibilities

Order Management & Processing

  • Handle incoming orders through various digital storefronts with careful attention to detail.
  • Double-check product quantities, item specifics, and customer notes before releasing orders.
  • Coordinate with inventory teams to verify stock levels and minimize backorders.

Shipment Coordination

  • Prepare shipping labels through tools like ShipStation and confirm packaging requirements.
  • Liaise with third-party couriers to arrange pickups and resolve shipping delays.
  • Track active shipments and proactively communicate resolutions for delivery hiccups.

Customer Support & Updates

  • Proactively share order progress and expected delivery times with customers to keep them reassured and engaged.
  • Respond to change requests, such as product swaps or address updates, with clarity and empathy.
  • Work closely with support agents to investigate missing items or resolve delivery complaints.

Returns & Exchanges Handling

  • Manage return requests, ensuring items are processed promptly upon receipt
  • Organize exchanges smoothly and update customers along the way
  • Ensure returned inventory is logged correctly in stock databases and flagged for quality checks

Data Tracking & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of order activity, delays, and fulfillment metrics.
  • Contribute weekly data summaries to help the team evaluate operational trends.
  • Recommend process tweaks that can enhance speed, accuracy, or customer satisfaction.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines without supervision

Compensation
