Position Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Remote Learning Specialist to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
- Partner with curriculum developers to build interactive and user-friendly course content
- Implement instructional strategies aligned with adult learning principles
- Utilize learning management systems (LMS) to manage training modules and track learner progress
- Analyze learner data to refine course effectiveness and inform future content
- Conduct virtual workshops and webinars to boost learner participation and motivation
- Perform content audits and make updates to ensure relevance and compliance
- Develop instructional assets such as video lectures, quizzes, and e-books
- Maintain version control and documentation across learning assets
- Serve as a learning consultant for internal teams on remote delivery best practices
