Core Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver scalable learning strategies aligned with company values and goals.
  • Conduct global training needs assessments using data insights and employee feedback.
  • Develop comprehensive training programs across a diverse range of subjects, including onboarding, soft skills, compliance, technical upskilling, and leadership development.
  • Partner with HR and team leads to ensure training meets evolving remote workforce needs.
  • Develop internal mobility paths, certifications, and mentorship models
  • Champion DEI in every aspect of learning content and access
  • Leverage analytics and reporting tools to measure learning impact and iterate programs
  • Facilitate live virtual sessions and develop asynchronous learning modules
