Core Responsibilities
- Design and deliver scalable learning strategies aligned with company values and goals.
- Conduct global training needs assessments using data insights and employee feedback.
- Develop comprehensive training programs across a diverse range of subjects, including onboarding, soft skills, compliance, technical upskilling, and leadership development.
- Partner with HR and team leads to ensure training meets evolving remote workforce needs.
- Develop internal mobility paths, certifications, and mentorship models
- Champion DEI in every aspect of learning content and access
- Leverage analytics and reporting tools to measure learning impact and iterate programs
- Facilitate live virtual sessions and develop asynchronous learning modules
Tools & Technology We Use
