Key Responsibilities

- Lead a distributed front-end team across multiple time zones.

- Establish and enforce standards for clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
2. Architecture and Implementation
- Architect front-end frameworks and optimize for speed, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Translate product requirements into reliable and performant UI components.
- Contribute to the long-term evolution of design systems and shared libraries.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with UX designers, product managers, and back-end engineers to ensure seamless delivery.
- Participate in sprint planning, feature scoping, and stakeholder discussions.
- Take ownership of frontend timelines and deliverables.
4. Performance and Accessibility
- Drive front-end performance audits and enhancements.
- Implement accessibility standards (WCAG) across all web applications.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Must-Have Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in front-end development, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
- Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and React (Next.js experience preferred).
- Proven experience designing scalable architecture for SPAs and SSR applications.
- Firm grasp of responsive design principles, browser rendering, and performance tuning.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in a remote setting.
