3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with UX designers, product managers, and back-end engineers to ensure seamless delivery.

4. Performance and Accessibility

• Drive front-end performance audits and enhancements.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Must-Have Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in front-end development, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
• Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and React (Next.js experience preferred).
• Proven experience designing scalable architecture for SPAs and SSR applications.
• Firm grasp of responsive design principles, browser rendering, and performance tuning.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in a remote setting.
