Key Responsibilities

Supporting Language Learning Journeys

• Facilitate one-on-one or small group coaching sessions tailored to learners' language goals, whether they aim to advance professionally, integrate into new communities, or communicate with confidence.
• Develop learner-centered strategies focused on real-life communication, self-expression, and cultural relevance.
• Offer regular feedback and encouragement to reinforce progress and promote autonomy.

Promoting Inclusivity and Cultural Awareness

• Adapt your coaching to honor different linguistic backgrounds, dialects, and communication styles.
• Utilize inclusive learning materials that represent a diverse range of cultures and identities.
• Encourage respectful language use and support discussions around cultural competence and sensitivity.

Collaborating with a Global Team

• Partner with fellow language coaches, content creators, and team leads to enhance our learning programs.
• Participate in team feedback sessions, virtual training workshops, and cultural exchange activities.
• Contribute to the development of coaching resources and language learning guides.

Candidate Qualifications

Core Qualifications

• Fluency in English and at least one additional language.
• 2+ years of experience as a language coach, tutor, ESL instructor, or communication trainer.
• Deep understanding of cross-cultural communication and inclusive coaching methodologies.
• Excellent people skills with a talent for building meaningful connections and trust in a virtual learning setting.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with language acquisition frameworks (e.g., CEFR, ACTFL).
• Experience working with neurodiverse learners or individuals with varying educational backgrounds.
• Comfortable using digital learning tools and managing sessions across different time zones.
