🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

Designing Engaging Learning Experiences

• Apply learning experience design strategies to develop dynamic, learner-focused digital modules.
• Build interactive content using tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, and Adobe Captivate.
• Craft storyboards and scripts that connect emotionally and inform effectively

Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams

• Partner with subject matter experts to turn complex concepts into bite-sized brilliance
• Collaborate with multimedia specialists, visual artists, and tech developers to bring your vision to life
• Attend brainstorming sessions that feel more like creative cafes than conference calls

Adapting and Innovating

• Leverage learner feedback and analytics to continuously improve content
• Apply adult learning theories to address diverse learning styles and needs
• Reimagine the potential of digital education through creative exploration—from gamification to microlearning

🛠 Tools & Technologies

• 🎨 Articulate Storyline / Rise 360
• 📽 Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
• 🧠 Learning Management Systems (LMS) like Moodle, TalentLMS, or Docebo
• 🛜 Remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Miro, Asana)
• 💻 HTML5 / SCORM packaging and responsive design awareness

🌍 Work Environment

You’ll be working from wherever you feel most creative—home, co-working space, or a beachside café (make sure there’s Wi-Fi). Our team operates across multiple time zones, utilizing asynchronous communication to maintain a flexible workflow.

Expect brainstorming sessions that occur over digital whiteboards and feedback loops that accommodate your time zone. We believe in autonomy, trust, and a shared sense of purpose.

🧠 Who You Are

• A creative soul with at least 3 years of experience in instructional or e-learning design
• Passionate about turning dull content into delightful learning moments
• Detail-obsessed but never at the expense of deadline or energy
• Proficient in visual storytelling, UX principles, and adult learning methodologies
• Comfortable working independently and remotely, yet deeply collaborative by nature
• A lifelong learner who geeks out over new authoring tools and design trends

🎓 Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG, Section 508)
• Experience with xAPI, LTI, or other eLearning specifications
• Bonus points if you’ve ever taught a class, hosted a webinar, or created a YouTube tutorial
