About the Role

Key Responsibilities
📦 Storefront Optimization
- Audit, update, and continuously enhance product listings with SEO-optimized titles, bullet points, and A+ content.
- Implement keyword strategy and monitor indexing across high-converting search terms.
- Ensure every listing shines with professional visuals, compelling copy, and brand cohesion.
📈 Performance Analytics
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rate, click-through rate (CTR), sessions, Buy Box percentage, and average cost per click (ACOS).
- Evaluate reports from Amazon Seller Central, Helium 10, and Jungle Scout.
- Translate metrics into actions: spot what’s working, fix what’s failing.
📊 Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Design and execute Amazon PPC campaigns with creative flair and financial precision.
- Run promotions, Lightning Deals, and Coupons while staying within ROI guidelines.
- Use data insights to fuel more innovative campaigns and test alternative strategies.
🧩 Inventory Coordination
- Forecast and manage inventory levels to maintain stock health and avoid overages.
- Coordinate with fulfillment centers, 3PLs, and internal logistics.
- Reduce lost sales due to out-of-stock or delayed shipping.
📣 Brand Experience Management
- Maintain brand voice and aesthetic across all listings and storefront visuals.
- Respond to customer feedback and reviews creatively and professionally.
- Build out the Brand Storefront and launch seasonal campaigns.
