- Assisting with Administrative Tasks: Support various administrative tasks as needed, including filing, data entry, and photocopying.
- Handling Inquiries: Address inquiries and concerns from clients, visitors, and employees promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Ensuring Office Security: Monitor and maintain office security by controlling access to the premises and issuing visitor badges as required.
Qualifications:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with clients and colleagues.
