Requirements:

  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required. Additional certification in hospitality or administration is a plus.
  • Experience: While prior experience in a similar role is advantageous, we also welcome freshers with a passion for customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil are essential. Proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
