Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in operations management, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
