Key Responsibilities:

  2. Guest Satisfaction: Prioritize guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service excellence. Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, striving to exceed expectations and cultivate positive relationships with patrons.
  3. Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure team members perform at their best and deliver exceptional service consistently.
  4. Financial Management: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability. Monitor expenses, budgets, and financial performance indicators, implementing cost-saving measures where necessary without compromising quality.
  5. Sales and Marketing: Drive revenue growth through effective sales and marketing initiatives. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies, attract new guests, and retain loyal clientele. Utilize market research and industry trends to identify opportunities for expansion and innovation.
  6. Quality Assurance: Uphold quality standards across all hotel departments, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the property.
  7. Community Engagement: Act as a brand ambassador for the hotel within the local community and hospitality industry. Establish and nurture partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and tourism boards to enhance the hotel's reputation and visibility.


  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Relevant work experience may be considered instead of formal education.
  • Experience: Prior experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership roles is advantageous but not mandatory. We welcome applications from freshers with a passion for the industry and a willingness to learn.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. The ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions under pressure is critical for success in this role.
